As a reminder, your INTO team is composed of agents and managers. Agents can use INTO for Guesty but do not have access to your INTO company account. Managers, on the other hand, can use INTO for Guesty and also have access to your INTO company account. Your INTO company account is essential for setting up and configuring your AI, managing your team, testing and training your AI, configuring upsell opportunities, tracking your team’s progress and productivity, and managing your plan and billing information.
If you want to change a team member's role, log in to your INTO account and navigate to Settings > Team Members. There, you will see all the users that were imported from Guesty. In the "Role" column, you can toggle team members between user or manager roles.
Select the team member you want to promote to Manager, switch their role to Manager, and confirm that you want to change their role. They will immediately receive an invitation to create a password. Once they’ve created their password, they will have access to the company’s INTO account. Please note that your INTO team members are synced with your Guesty users—if you add or remove a user in Guesty, they will be added or removed from your INTO team within the following 24 hours.
Your INTO team is composed of two roles: Agents and Managers.
Your INTO company account is essential for setting up and configuring your AI, managing your team, testing and training your AI, configuring upsell opportunities, tracking your team’s progress and productivity gains, and managing your plan and billing information.

Note: Your INTO team members are synced with your Guesty users. If you add or remove a user in Guesty, they will be automatically added or removed from your INTO team within 24 hours.
