Now, let’s try asking a question that our AI agent won’t be able to answer because the information isn't currently in our knowledge base. For example, ask, “Where is the breaker box?” As you’ll notice, the AI agent is unable to provide an answer since this detail is missing from the knowledge base.

To resolve this, let’s navigate to the Data Enrichment section. Click on Add New, select a topic (in this case, Instructions), and then type in, “The breaker box is located in the basement.” Once you hit the Save button, your INTO Knowledge Base will be updated with this new information.

Now, let's try asking the question again: “Where is the breaker box?”

As you can see, the Playground, with its data enrichment capabilities, is an invaluable tool for enhancing your knowledge base and moving toward full AI autonomy.
