Translation is a key feature of the INTO Extension, especially when interacting with international guests through your Guesty inbox.

If you’re using the Suggest Mode and the generated message appears in a different language—usually the guest’s preferred language—our translation feature makes it easy to adjust. Simply click the Compose menu (the down arrow next to the Compose button), select Translate, and choose the language you’d like the message translated into. We support a wide range of languages including English, French, German, Italian, Mexican Spanish, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese. You can even modify the message and translate it back to the guest’s language before sending.

The Translate feature is equally valuable in Draft Mode. You can write your draft in your preferred language, hit the Compose button to generate a refined message, and once you're satisfied with the response, simply translate it into the guest's language. After reviewing, just hit Send for a seamless communication experience!

We’ve also introduced a valuable feature that allows you to translate the entire conversation to English with a single click, so you can follow along effortlessly. Just click the "Translate to English" link found below the last message in the conversation.

This powerful feature helps break down language barriers and saves you time switching between tools, allowing you to focus on what really matters—the quality and clarity of your messages.
