Want to ensure INTO AI-generated messages match your brand's style and include a personalized sign-off that you prefer? The Message Signature feature is what you need, it allows you to create custom sign-offs, making your messages feel more human, engaging, and consistent with your brand’s communication style.
To set up your custom Message Signature, log in to your account on the customer portal at https://str.weareinto.ai and navigate to AI > Message Signature. In the Message Signature section, toggle the feature to On. You can then create a list of preferred Valedictions, such as "Best regards," "Warm regards," and more. After that, add the Sign-off, which is the name you want to use after the valediction, for example, the agent's first name. Please note that you have the option to select the box “Sing as the user replying”, or you can manually type a name to always use the same signature. Once you're satisfied with your signature settings, simply hit the Save button at the bottom right of the page, and voilà—your new message signature is saved and activated.
Once set up, our AI engine will randomly select from your list when generating messages, ensuring that each sign-off feels varied and natural, just like how a human would vary their message closures based on context or mood. By varying the signature, your messages mimic the natural variations in human communication, making guests feel valued and catered to.
To see your Message Signature in action, navigate to the Playground and test it out. Try toggling the feature on and off to observe the difference in responses. We'll cover the Playground feature in more detail in another help article.
