To help you evaluate the quality of your knowledge base and the responses generated by INTO AI, we've developed a powerful tool called the Playground. This tool allows you to ask any question about any of your listings and see how your INTO AI agent will respond.
To get started, log in to your INTO account at weareinto.ai and navigate to AI > Playground. Select any listing to access the Playground for that specific property. Once inside, you'll see all the information in your INTO knowledge base related to the selected listing. You can also review and edit reservation details to match the specific scenario you want to test. Additionally, you'll find a data enrichment feature that allows you to add more information to your knowledge base—though we'll cover that feature in more detail later.
Now it’s time to have some fun and test the Playground! Use the dialogue box to type any question related to the listing you're exploring. For example, try asking, “How many guests can this property accommodate?” And just like that, you’ll have your answer!
