A key factor in the quality of responses generated by INTO AI is the accuracy and completeness of your INTO knowledge base. This knowledge base includes all the information available through Guesty, such as listing details, reservation data, full conversation histories related to specific reservations, pricing information, calendar data, custom fields, and saved replies. Our Orchestrator relies on this comprehensive information to generate accurate responses.

Think of your AI agent just as you would a human agent: if the information is inaccurate or incomplete, your AI will not be able to provide the correct answers. On the other hand, if your INTO knowledge base is accurate, you will be amazed by the performance of your AI agent.
