With INTO Copilot, you no longer need to manually compose responses or click on compose and wait for answers to be generated. Copilot automatically suggests replies to guest inquiries as soon as you open a conversation with an unanswered guest message. The suggested message appears directly on Guesty Inbox within the conversation.
If the suggestion is in a different language, simply click "Translate to English" to view it instantly. To see the original message, click "Show Origin."
To send or modify the suggested answer, just click anywhere in the Copilot box or on the "Click to insert text" button. The message will appear in the guesty message box, ready for minor adjustments or to be sent as is. This process is easier, more accurate, and faster than ever.
Turning INTO Copilot
on or off is simple. In the Guesty inbox, navigate to the Compose button and click the arrow beside it. Then, hover over INTO Settings and use the toggle to enable or disable INTO Copilot based on your preference.
