The Summarize feature simplifies reading through long, overwhelming conversations by providing a quick, easy-to-digest overview of key points and important details. The summary includes helpful emojis to track the guest’s sentiment during their stay.

You'll find the Summarize button conveniently located at the top of your conversation window. With just one click, it generates a concise summary of the discussion, formatted into bullet points with relevant emojis.

The Summary created will only be visible to you, and it will disappear after exiting the conversation, it can be recreated at will at any time.

This tool helps you stay on top of client interactions and team discussions, saving time and ensuring you never miss the key takeaways.

1. While you have a conversation with the guest, click the "Compose" button
