After activating INTO Autopilot, you can monitor all the messages sent automatically via the Autopilot Monitoring Interface. Whether you're looking to keep an eye on all sent messages or you're curious about how our AI handles guest interactions, this interface provides all the tools you need.
To access the Autopilot Monitoring Interface, log in to your account at https://str.weareinto.ai, navigate to AI > Autopilot, and land on the Monitoring tab. This tab contains a comprehensive list of all messages sent by INTO Autopilot in response to guest messages, including both the guest message and the corresponding AI-generated response, organized by listing.
The Monitor tab offers several useful features, such as filtering messages by listing, category, or date range, allowing you to pinpoint specific interactions or review messages within a particular time frame.
By clicking on the three dots next to any message, you can open a menu with options to check the full conversation in the Guesty inbox, for more context, or redirect to the playground of that listing to experiment with similar scenarios.
This interface helps you track all AI-automated messages, making it easy to review and address any issues, ensuring high-quality guest interactions and optimizing your guest experience.
